Every pathway is priced in INR on a milestone-based plan: no advance payment, fees released across registration, visa filing, pre-departure and arrival as each milestone is delivered. No employer kickbacks, no hidden sub-agent margins.

Standard brief-to-onsite is eight to ten weeks. Weeks zero to one for screening, two to four for skill preparation and pre-brief, five to nine for visa and medical, week ten for deployment. Peak season October to March may extend to six to eight weeks on the visa leg.

Voynova operates under the Indian Emigration Act 1983. Candidate data is handled per GDPR and India's DPDP 2023. Every deployment is logged in the emigration clearance system where applicable, and recruiters get a live status dashboard instead of WhatsApp guesswork.
